How do I become part of the Techi community?
  • Simply join our newsletter by entering your email in the "newsletter" box at the bottom of the page.
Where is Techi Apparel based?
  • Techi Apparel is based out of Victoria, Australia. Quality control of our products is performed in Queensland, Australia.
Is shipping free?
  • Yes, if your order value is over $100 AUD. If under $100 AUD, we charge a flat fee of $10 AUD for Australia wide delivery and $15 AUD for international delivery. This flat fee approach allows us to offer cheaper prices to those who live overseas or in rural Australia.
How will I know my size?
  • We pride ourselves on accurate sizing and the fit of our hoodies. A size chart is visible in the images of each product (on each product page). If you're still unsure, please email us at service@techiapparel.com.au and we will advise you on what size to get.
How quickly do you ship?
  • We generally ship within two business days of receiving you order. If there is a problem, we'll notify you directly.
How can I track my order?
  • After you've mad a purchase, we'll email you the tracking details. We use an Australia based courier called "Sendle"
Do you capture and use my data?
  • Almost all websites capture data and use trends to improve the website. We do this too. If you're having a bad experience with us, please email us at service@techiapparel.com.au and we will figure out how to improve your experience.
How do I return an item?
  • Simply email us at service@techiapparel.com.au and let us know about your return. We'll work with you on a refund, replacement or store credit depending on the return situation and product condition
    What is a Golden Thankyou?
    • With each Techi product purchase, you will receive a thankyou card from us - our way of saying that we appreciate you and your support. At random, you may receive a GOLDEN THANKYOU card which is one of our "giving back to our community" initiatives. The GOLDEN THANKYOU represents how grateful we are for your support by also giving you the opportunity to claim $500 AUD from us. If you receive a GOLDEN THANKYOU, please email us at service@techiapparel.com.au and we'll arrange to transfer you the money, no strings attached. These instructions are also on the card itself.
